Understanding Shopify payouts and reconciliation

Shopify Payments pays your sales into your bank account on a regular schedule, minus card fees, refunds and chargebacks. To reconcile, match each payout to its orders and fees using Shopify's payout reports, or connect Shopify to accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
