Working together
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes. I work with brands across the UK, remotely, on UK business hours. Calls are on Google Meet or Zoom.
Who will actually do the work?
I do. You won't be passed to a junior or a subcontractor without your agreement.
How quickly do you reply?
Within one working day, Monday to Friday. Care plan clients get same-day replies for urgent issues.
Can you work with my existing designer or developer?
Yes. I often work alongside in-house teams, designers and marketing freelancers.
Pricing and payment
How much does a Shopify store cost?
Starter stores are £695, Growth stores £1,295 and custom builds from £2,495. See full pricing.
Do I need to pay for Shopify separately?
Yes. Your Shopify plan is paid directly to Shopify, from £25 a month on Basic when billed monthly.
What are your payment terms?
50% deposit to book, 50% at launch. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
Technical
Will moving to Shopify hurt my Google rankings?
Not if it's done properly. I map every old URL to its new one with 301 redirects and check Search Console after launch.
Do you use page builders or apps that slow stores down?
I avoid heavy page-builder apps. I build with Shopify's own sections so your store stays fast and easy to edit.
Will I be able to edit the store myself?
Yes. Everything is editable in Shopify's theme editor, and you get a short video walkthrough at launch.
Are you part of Shopify?
No. I'm an independent developer who specialises in Shopify. I'm not affiliated with or endorsed by Shopify Inc.
